Glen Foster is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I normally only go to one specific VW dealership, but needed something done immediately, so I chose Kearny Mesa. I purchased a VW ID.4 from Kearny Mesa Volkswagen and was disappointed to find out that it has two active safety recalls. It's now been over five months since I was placed on the waiting list for a loaner vehicle so the necessary recall service can be performed.

I purchased a VW ID.4 from Kearny Mesa Volkswagen and was disappointed to find out that it has two active safety recalls. It's now been over five months since I was placed on the waiting list for a loaner vehicle so the necessary recall service can be performed.

A dealership should stand by its customers, especially when safety is involved.
